7.1 As the data controller, Tidamek AB ensures that your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation.

7.2 We undertake to, at your request or on our own initiative, correct, anonymize, delete, or complete data that is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading.

7.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to request the restriction of our processing, and to object to the processing. We will notify each recipient of your personal data of any corrections, deletions, or restrictions of processing carried out under this Section.

7.4 You have the right to data portability, which means that under certain conditions, you can retrieve and transfer your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format to another data controller.

7.5 If you do not want Tidamek AB to use your personal data for direct marketing, you have the right to notify us in writing at any time. We will then cease processing your personal data for that purpose.

7.6 Once per calendar year, you have the right, through a written and signed request, to obtain a free record of the personal data Tidamek AB has stored about you, the purpose of the processing, and any recipients who have received the data. You also have the right to obtain information in the record about where the data was collected from, the existence of automated decision-making, and the expected retention period or the criteria used to determine this period. Additionally, you have the right to information about your other rights under this Section.

7.7 You have the right to file complaints regarding our processing of your personal data with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
